A video on YouTube shows Richard Daines, MD, the New York State Health Commisioner, to propose adding an 18% tax on sugary sodas

As a physician, I spend an inordinate amount of time talking to patients and families about eating properly, including minimizing the amount of sugary drinks. It is important that people realize the effect that extra sugar intake has on children and adolescents.
