Kennedy Crafting Health Care Plan

The Washington Times reports that Senator Edward Kennedy is crafting a health care plan even while he struggles with brain cancer. Reportedly, he is planning to introduce a universal health care bill early in the 2009 Congress and is working across party lines to do so.
