Sixth Circuit Revives Challenge To No Child Left Behind

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit revived a lawsuit brought by the National Education Association and individual school districts in Texas, Michigan and Vermont. This group challenged the law, maintaining that Federal support for the act was insufficient to meet the needs of the NCLB. The case will be remanded to the lower court for further review.
